All safetmount products have a Lifetime Warrenty aginst defects and workmanship. But acidents happen and sometime our amazing products get crushed under a lift holding a semi truck or get assembled in a creative manner that allows them to be over loaded to the point of failure(more than 1/2 a ton).
Select your part from the variations menue and we will get you a replacment unfourtuanitly this is only available to purchasers of our original product , you can not use this service to build your own chair from parts.
